After recently leaving Army (INFANTRY) I realised I could maintain my identity by continuing to support fellow soldiers within their struggle to cope with the real world which in fact is a fake world filled with childish sensitivities and expression of unimportant and unrealistic sense of entitlement parameters effecting all those around them like a tornado. I hope to continue as a public speaker and I am willing to speak on request to those who feel my casual coal face approach may get through to troubled youth, corporations or leadership cohorts. I challenge you to enlist my services before they are needed and I shall not disappoint. I will focus on mental health, relaxation and strategies to assist with PTSD, Depression and well being. I shall also keep things light with my movie reviews and observations on topical matters.
