We travel all over CT/ North East of the United States in search of the best restaurants. Our weekly "Epic cheat days" are balanced with our love for fitness. Jen used to do bikini competitions / Fitness shows and now does CrossFit 5-6x a week. I own a CrossFit gym so I workout way too much (3-4hrs total a day , 6-7x a week). I'm burning a lot of calories so that's why I can consume so many calories on my cheat days, Calorie challenges , AMCAP calorie challenges, food challenges etc. This channel is about love for food & fitness and the balanced lifestyle between those two things. We want to motivate others to workout hard and enjoy their life on the weekends. We will be posting weekly cheat day videos and almost "daily vlogs" Slab that subscribe button and follow our life :)
