Whatttsss Uppppp!! Hey Guys! Welcome to the official YouTube Channel of The Cajun Ninja. Who is The Cajun Ninja? I'm a Social Media Cook knocking out as many fan favorite Cajun Dishes as possible, along with many other popular dishes. I joined YouTube in September of 2006, but it wasn't until 2016 that I decided to really pursue my channel. I first posted a video Tutorial of myself cooking Chicken & Sausage Gumbo on Facebook, 2 days later that video had over 1 Million Views. To this day it is my most viewed video, with over 20 million views. After seeing the response I received on Facebook, I knew it was time to really push my YouTube Channel.
