I'm a Malaysian-born, Australian-based professional cook, TV presenter, live video streamer and YouTuber who creates content related to Malaysian and Southeast Asian food, recipes and travel. I specialise in Malaysian hawker food, taking after my parents who used to sell street food in our hometown of Seremban. I used to own a Malaysian restaurant here in Sydney, but gave that up in 2013 to look after my severely-disabled son, Noah, shortly after he was finally discharged from hospital after spending the first 7 months of his life in the ICU. I can be seen on TV in Australia and Asia, including in shows such as Everyday Gourmet, Malaysia Kitchen, Fish & Hunt Australia, The Travel Bug, Let's Do Coffee etc. and I've worked with Asian and Australian celebrity chefs such as Masterchef judge Chef Jo, Chef Chanrith Van of Cambodia, Adam Liaw, Justine Schofield, Alvin Quah, Poh Ling Yeow etc. on television, video and at live cooking events.
