Why can’t I payout my earnings on the app?

Users can only payout their earnings after successful identity verification. In order to verify your account on Callmart, please go to to: My Page > Current Earnings > Identity Verification and follow the instructions on that page.

In addition, please note that users must have a balance of at least $5.00 or above in order to payout earnings from the app.
