We are a Solar Powered Off-Grid Homestead Family. Our motto is The first step to stainability is taking the first step. We are very used to making do with what we got. About Us: ⦁ We live on solar ⦁ we have a well (currently trying to get hand well pump and water catchment) ⦁ We have a homemade solar hot water heater ⦁ we heat our house with a wood stove and a solar heater ⦁ we have a 100ft by 30ft green house with Aquaponics and a outside garden ⦁ We build with cob so far ( rocket stove and a house we've turn to a barn/hobby house) ⦁ we preserve our own food (what we do have to buy is bulk whole foods) ⦁ we cook with a grill, adobe oven, or a propane stove (occasionally when we can afford it.) ⦁ We wash cloths by hand ⦁ Make our soap ⦁ we have Tilapia, Chickens, Ducks, Bees and a Turkey( we hope to get Quail, a Milk Goat along with more Turkeys) ⦁ we currently live in a tiny house 20ft by 20ft (that we hope to cob the outside of real soon!)
