Hey there! I'm Aaron, I'm a weird dad. For the first 42 years of my life, I was pretty clueless about nutrition, too. I yo-yoed with my weight for decades until I discovered the ketogenic diet in January of 2017. It turned my health around, and changed my life to the point that I started this channel! A.D. Keto is all about my experience with the keto diet, which is a way of eating that stresses very low carbohydrates, moderate protein, and high fat. Conventional wisdom would tell you that this is a CRAZY way to eat, but science (and my experience) says otherwise. Since starting, I've lost 65 lbs., and I've never felt better! On my channel, I do some Full Day of Eating (FDOE) vlogs, I do keto product reviews, and every month, I do at least one giveaway! I even attempt a low-carb / keto recipe once in a while.
